Shift the Blame
Trump is getting ready to make the "Biggest decision of his life." Bigger than shirking his VietNam duty; Bigger than dumping his kids for years after his first divorce; and Bigger than doing a porn star without a rubber . He's going to decide to open the country.
NO HE'S NOT.
The 10th amendment reserves to the States' Police Power .That is the states decide for the health safety and welfare of its citizens. Trump has continuously , since he realized the peril of leadership and responsibility, ceded that to the States' governors.He's happy to do that because the illness and deaths are , what he perceives, their problems.
By doing this he has allowed the governors to reclaim responsibility but he will shift the blame or accept the accolades depending on the result of his go back to work "Order". If few deaths - he was right. If the virus rebounds , then the states did not listen to Fauci/Brix and their team . He thinks he wins either way. Our citizens already see thru his delay in implementing the hard decision to save lives. They know he doesn't care except for the bucks he makes or makes for his friends. Let's just get to November and vote , no matter the impediments his party throws up.
