2020 will be known as "THE GREAT PLAGUE OF TRUMP" for his mismanagement and the politicization of a health crisis. A government is required to protect the health , safety , and welfare of a nation. Our minority president believes that his beautiful and genius( he knows epidemiology from his MIT engineer uncle who died in 1985)plan , hatched during a couple of weekend rounds of golf in Florida with his Brazilian buddy Bolsonaro, will do the trick. Maybe Bolsonaro will cut Trump in on logging the rainforest while he's here. Let's kill two birds with one stone - environment and medical safety.
