After watching our present President refuse to take responsibility for the lack of testing , which will result in the delay of treatment and loss of life, I am reminded of President Clinton ( at Hillary Convention) who took responsibility good and bad (Monica) during his term; or JFK's public sorrow for the Bay of Pigs;Nixon's resignation and Ford's loss of his election because of Nixon's Pardon. Of course Truman's "The Buck Stops Here" is for all to see. Now we need to endure Trump's yammering about "Beautiful Tests" that don't exist for weeks. Let's not forget the 1000's of tests from the World Health Organization, that he rejected 3 weeks ago because there were only 15 cases and soon to be none in the US. There will be no "beautiful" stays in the ICU , after triage, or "beautiful " funerals. I am using his pitiful vocabulary. We will make it in spite of him certainly not because of his incompetence.
